| Entries will be taken on a first come first serve basis for all
events except La Gran Competencia de Cuadros. The total number of entries
accepted in a category in listed in parenthesis. Participants may enter up to
four entries per time block. Competing in multiple locations during a
time block is
greatly discouraged. Dancers who are not ready to perform when their
number is called will receive a five point penalty from each judge and
will have to go to the end of the line.

| Example, on Saturday morning Maria (11 years old) has elected to
perform two Non-Profit Junior Large group routines and two Pre-Junior Small Group
routines in the auditorium for a total of four routines. This should not
present any problems--we should be able to schedule one routine per hour. Or
at least one routine per half hour.
On the other hand Maria is an excellent dancer. Her teacher has recruited her to perform two routines in the Non-Profit Senior Small Group Category in the Competition Gym. The Juniors will be competing with solos at the same time. Maria has a good change of winning the solo competition. The two locations may be running at different speeds with a slow set of judges in one area and a fast set in the other area. Maria and her teacher will have to decide what is best for Maria. It will help greatly if Maria's name is highlighted on the applications and if an explanation is enclosed.

We will do our best to adhere to this framework. If we
do not have 40 entries in a category we will either start later in the
morning or finish earlier in the afternoon.
